You punctuated the souls of the moving,
those breathing breath into their bodily biomes,
inhaling a circular current
from slumbered stasis,
gently peeling away from their hotly tinged skin.
In one tidal motion,
an exhale through embodied beyond white

Friendship, meditation, sound frequency, teachings and learning to turn over the tides.

Then you brought you to the seat of meditation,
breath into the whole body,
a change before you had to
a calm before it took you
a serenity you let in, let through
